The MIDLANDS CHOIR OF THE YEAR COMPETITION IS BACK in 2026!
Once again, after our sensational 2024 edition, this is an open call to all Midlands-based amateur choirs and singing groups (large or small) of all/any styles of music, generously supported for 2026 by our Principal MCOTY Sponsor, Rayburn Tours
Applications will open from October 1st 2025 (deadline for entries: March 1st 2026) and, once again, MCOTY will feature as a part of the 2026 Lichfield Festival, with our live semi-finals taking place in May (9th & 10th) and the MCOTY grand final taking place on Sunday July 12th 2026 in Lichfield Cathedral.
